That’s what an executive told Adam Scully-Power, CIMA®, CPWA® at a recent conference. Model portfolios were supposed to simplify the advisor’s job. But now we’re facing thousands of choices, and none of them know the client’s goals. At best, they know the output of a risk score.

Goals-based model selection offers a different approach. It brings everything that’s unique about the client into the process, then sorts through the noise to find the optimal model. The one most likely to keep their wealth above target. This is what we believe the future of the model marketplace looks like.
