Fraudsters may publish fake websites and social media accounts and attempt to contact potential victims through email, telephone, text, mobile applications or social media platforms. They may publish videos and other content using the names, likeness, voice and other characteristics of actual Nebo employees, including using artificial intelligence and other technologies to impersonate Nebo personnel. Fraudsters may engage in dialogue with prospective investors in order to obtain payment by deception for non-existent financial products or investment opportunities.

Nebo Wealth, a platform developed by GMO LLC, does not solicit or conduct any business via third party applications such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc., nor does Nebo permit the opening of any accounts online by individual investors. Nebo is a platform designed for use by registered investment advisors (RIAs). These scams are unfortunately prevalent, and it is crucial to exercise caution when dealing with unsolicited emails, telephone calls, investment proposals, and other communications.

The only domain name used and authorized by Nebo Wealth is nebowealth.com. We have not authorized the use of other domain names, including, without limitation, variations or misspellings of “nebowealth” by any third party entity.

Do not share your password and login ID for nebowealth.com with anyone. Once provided with your initial access, you will not be asked for this information by anyone at Nebo. Do not communicate or deal with personnel who are not affiliated with an authorized office. Do not send Nebo-related e-mails to addresses without the “nebowealth.com” suffix.
